Dr. Jennifer Hayes is the Medical Director of Visionary Centre for Women and Founder of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Tampa Bay & Sarasota.

She is one of the top female, board certified gynecologic surgeons in the US trained in cosmetic gynecology and she has earned her reputation by providing stellar patient care with excellent surgical outcomes. She is the first surgeon in the world to combine cosmetic gynecology with robotic gyn surgery and women from around the world fly in to have robotic gyn surgery combined with a labiaplasty or vaginal rejuvenation procedure performed by Dr. Hayes.

Dr. Hayes is an Associate of the prestigious Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America. Dr. Hayes is always on the forefront of technology. She was the first benign gynecologic surgeon on the west coast of Florida to do robotic-assisted surgery and incorporate it into her practice. Through tiny incisions, she provides safe operations on the uterus (straight forward & complex hysterectomy), removes fibroids to keep the uterus (robotic myomectomy), and repairs uterine & bladder prolapse with no transvaginal mesh (robotic sacrocolpopexy). Surgeons from around the country have observed Dr. Hayes perform these robotic surgeries and she has been a mentor for many. According to Dr. Hayes, "being able to do complex surgeries robotically myself and by training other surgeons, I am helping to spread the availability of minimally invasive ways to care for women's health issues. What would take eight weeks to heal and leave a scar forever, can now be treated with my patients returning to work in a week or two. Dr. Hayes' Specialty Training

Her Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty training were at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, MI. Dr. Hayes received her subspecialty training at a high-intensity, inner-city facility, Hudzel Hospital in Detroit, MI and she completed her professional training at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI.

Dr. Hayes trained in Los Angeles with the pioneer of Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® and Designer Laser Vaginoplasty®, David Matlock, M.D., MBA, FACOG. She trained tumescent liposuction with the inventor himself, Dr. Jeffrey Klein in Mission Viejo, CA and additional training with Marco A. Pelosi II, Md at the Pelosi Medical Center.
