Dr. Mark X. Lowney is a board certified obstetrician gynecologist and is the medical director of A Woman's Concern Pregnancy Health Centers and CareNet of Rhode Island. He received his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency in OB/GYN at the Brown University affiliated Woman and Infant's Hospital of Rhode Island.
