About Nancy Salisbury MD

Dr. Nancy Salisbury, is a Board Certified, Gynecology & Aesthetic Surgeon who has had her own practice for more than 20 years. As far back as she can remember, she wanted to be a doctor. Her self-motivation and determination is what allowed her to fund her own education, graduate from medical school. She completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University and her spirit of adventure took her to University of California at Santa Barbara for a degree in Cellular Biology/Embryology. After Master's work in Biochemistry she completed a degree in Medicine at the University of California at San Diego School of Medicine. Her internship introduced her to the beautiful city of Portland and she completed her residency at University of Kansas affiliate hospital, Wesley Medical Center in Wichita Kansas.

She followed her passion for medicine and her dedication to personalized, confidential patient care. Dr. Salisbury continues her educational development to expand her services and provide the highest quality of patient care and the latest advances, technologies and procedures, focusing on women's health. In addition to gynecology and women's wellness issues, Dr. Salisbury offers the latest techniques in surgical gynecology and vaginal procedures to enhance female sexuality, including: vaginal rejuvenation (a procedure to tighten and tone the vagina) and labiaplasty (medical and cosmetic surgical augmentation of the labia). She has enjoyed the practice of medicine, taking care of women at Good Samaritan Hospital followed by a 16 year commitment to Women's Health Center of Oregon in Oregon City. Her career has led her to leadership roles, including: department head and chief of staff at the hospital. She enjoys educating, teaching and public speaking to share her medical and clinical expertise.

Dr. Salisbury is committed to providing the best experience to her patients in a state-of-the-art care facility. She values the interpersonal part of her practice, which is why she prefers a smaller practice. Her focus is on her patient community, listening to patient needs, and delivering the best care possible to serve them.

She is privileged to be the mother of three children. She enjoys cooking, running, golfing and practicing her faith in her daily life.
